Yes, its SAF day… and we are being arrowed to go take pledge. Wearing army no 4 more than once in JUNE!!!! thats not a very good sign… still have to wear it if got recall dumb dumb dumb… i really feel skinny in my no 4… used to be fat while in army.. haha… cos too much canteen food at gombak. gombak HQ really has many good canteen food… my fav? Yong Dao Fu… and the auntie very cute… she will say "ni de $2300."… what she meant was… $2.30 lah… haha… i also love the desert store… its always honey dew sago…

so back to the pledge thingy… so i have to wear no 4 to work… and was interviewing the whole morning… rushing to complete things so monday will be a much better day.. then my Deputy principal wants to send me to nyp.. .cos he is going too… i quickly siam… luckily my friends are waiting for me at the basement carpark.. so we left there together… VIV is so nice… she waited for me… and drove the rest of us there.

So here it is… so sorry for the blur picture because i was holding my tablet bag on one hand… so abit shaky… this one consists of 3 gals from Corporate Comms and VIV is the one in white… the rest are from Procurement. This was taken outside NYP Audit.

My collegues… the one nearest to the cam without the face is in the same dept as me… billy… then the one next to him is darren, merrvyn and simon.. they are from procurement.

Mr Teo making a speech in Suntec this morning and they play back the vid on the big projector.. very nice… like a movie and Mr Teo’s voice is so beautiful… hahah its very crisp and nice… sigh some pple has the talent… i want a voice!

That day i was talking to billy and he was saying this whole week… we practically eat catered food every lunch time… hahaha which is true… we have staff sharing and lunch time talk… and its feast feast and feast… growing fat? … no leh.. i think i am only fat around my hip… oh no!!! This guy.. hahah Stanley from Educational Development… very funny… he wear a raincoat and did demo in the field using coke… and mentos… they will have chemical reaction and create lots of gas that force the coke out of the cap.. hahaha so silly and funny. See… we really eat alot and its always long queue to eat lunch… FREE!!)**@)#(@#!@

I took this picture on the train while going home after work… very sian and reflecting alot of things in life… and somehow… there is always a multiple facade to things in life… like.. how you do something on one side… but has multiple effects that trigger because of that action… hahaha… i am always amazed by such things…. here is the picture… i am not the person in the picture… i just find his singlet… very nice… hahaha … but it cost $60 plus… yes its asics…. i dunno why their singlet cost so much… sigh… reflection on life on the fast lane, perhaps… and just tired of it all… take me there, take me there to retire land… isn’t that the ultimate goal on workers’ mind? we are tired.

I guess with each birthday… i long for somethings… things that are there but unattainable. so here goes my list

1. happiness
2. more happiness
3. much much more happiness

you see, working life is not making me happy… some friends have told me to hang on and wait till year end bonus.. hahahaha… i want to stay on if there are less of those pple that makes me miserable… i love being in a sch environment… it makes me happy… happy for that moment… happy because friends still care… happy that you are still there to listen when i am down … shucks!

reaching 30 soon in a few years and didnt really achieve much in life… my peers… where are they? really miss you guys…

yah thats my office and those are some erm… make ur guess… i prefer working with guys… they are better… sigh

I love this MRT… Dover MRT… it gives me many fond memories… although it wasn’t built when i was studying in SP…. looking out of the glass windows… is the new SP… revamped… with many new buildings… but… i still see some old buildings that gives me lots of fond memories… i shall make a trip to SP soon… just walking around and taking photos will be good. can share with you guys… where i usually hang out in SP…

Alright, tomorrow is Monday and the beginning of work… its a routine right?…. i need to get out of this… maybe i should follow JH… and do traders work… sounds pretty fun… travel and eat… whats not to love? but i cannot put down things that are here… and fly off… i will feel terrible… yah… there are many things here… i wish i can just grab them and give a big hug… big big hug

It is such a happening week!

First of all, I would like to wish Mas a Happy Birthday!!! Yeah, today is her birthday.

Yesterday, it was Brian. Happy Birthday to you too!

A few days ago, it was mine!!! Hahaha and i got quite a surprise.

So to cut things short… here it goes

I love this black army printed berms from Fox but it cost $49. Sigh
The yellow T has button all the way to the centre of your chest… such sexy piece hahahah but i dun have the bulk to carry it. Sigh… what Great Singapore Sale… where where… non… all fake one. This yellow T cost $26, piang… i am really cheapskate… i still find it expensive… hahaha… you see i always think twice, thrice… before i decide to buy something… going shopping with me is really no fun.. hor?

Then there is this weird looking fish in this aquarium at Jalan Kayu… yah the place where you have gooooooood tassty prraatta. So this fish… lying at the bottom of the tank and somehow… crawling… yah… there are legs… and it looks like some disfigured fish… what can you make out of it? I think its too heavy… and its like a Lai Har Ma eating Tian Er Rou… and made whoopie and created such a unique looking beauty… where to find? This place has many strange looking sea water fish… so if u want Nemo.. this is the place to come and view… dun buy them… because they belong to the SEA… if you buy them… these cruel fish-nappers… will continue their trade

I bought a webcam from creative… for $39… but Gerald used his accumulated points and i got it for $19… thats good… :)  The picture quality is not too bad. You can see that it’s quality is 800×600… not too bad.. mid range… 30fps… its colour is pretty accurate. The colour of my wall and curtains in my room are spot on. That shelf used to store my notes… but my brother has taken over it… my swim trunks… (I NEED A NEW PAIR… maybe i fly to japan for my next holiday)… my MP armband… haha yah jus came back from reservist… things are still lying around. okay back to the webcam… its brand new… copyrighted in 2006 and is compatible with MSN. thats very important… cos thats the only medium i use. It is very easy to install…. but my company’s laptop left only with 900MB… from 30GB… sigh.. where on earth did the memory goes?

I love love love love this schnauzer thats a gift for me! So cute hor!!! That’s my favourite doggie and and and thanks to all those who remembered my birthday… you sms me!!! but i have to shamefully admit… i didnt transfer any numbers to my new phone… too lazy … thus … i can only see the HP numbers but dunno who it is from.. Please sms me and tell me your name okay. Thousand apologies…

I have to tell you… i have not been to Raffles City for some time and recently i went there and was blown away by the changes… it has to be one of my favourite places to shop and laze around… Secret Garden is such a beatiful shop.. and they do really professional flower arrangement…. i know because when i was in Publishing… they sent really nice flowers and really really easy to shoot them… cos its jus so pretty… hahaha… Their shop has a very eden feel… nice. If you want pictures of their flower arrangements please go to your favourite bookstore and search for StyleWeddings… yeah! Me promoting it for loyalty sake… and for my friend who so graciously employed me during my sch holidays.

RP is taking shape… half of the campus is complete… but will i be able to stay long enough to enjoy the facilities… only time will tell. During evening… RP is beautiful… look at the sky. And so pretty things really cannot last… just savior the moments while it last.

i have to admit, i am quite tired of defending myself in this battle field. my only wish is to accomplish what i have to do and leave…

i need a place that i can reside… beyond these bombs dropping at my doorstep

back to army for in camp training exercise with a div is really tough… at least more so than previously - according to the seniors… this time round we had to cross the river, build real PW cages in a huge compound and endure endless waiting and sleepless days.

the funny thing about going back to army after 4 years break is the strangeness - you basically converse in either hokkien or english. Vulgarities are rare now but still you can sense they want to scream it. haha…

once in the green uniform, i do feel young again. at least everything reminds me that i am older and fatter…. i cannot the top button on my army pants… i need 2 days to adjust to dragging the heavy boots on my foot.

the worst experience in that long four… is sleeping in the wee morning on loose gravel ground… hmmm… so tired… i am going to sleep now.. tmr still have to wake up to catch the first train back to the final day in camp… n loads of store to return.
