About

Webmice is a name I picked up when I was seventeen. Internet was introduced to me in Polytechnic. Eager to place my identity online with my first webpage on Tripod, I thought being a mousy person that I am in real life I should continue it on the web. Hence, the birth of webmice. Twelve years later, this nickname continues to follow me although there are variations it has become an identity others can recognise.

Being the eldest and the only two grandsons bearing the surname, family line seems inevitable and must be carried on. However, this mice has no intention of getting married for now and is currently deep in hibernation whenever he is alone. He dwells heavily into thoughts about life occassionally wonders if his existence is justified. Webmice has a secret identity he carries with him and is guarded of his private life. Even among close friends, he discloses little of himself. Perhaps that is why friends are usually acquaintance. He once wrote a song and sang it to his mentor in a taxi. Not to mention, the mentor left mice alone for a few years.

“We are just acquaintance
We have just known each other
Not for long we will be gone
Away from each other”

Fast forward to present, webmice continues to be a social idiot and has very little friends who truely calls him out. Although he has one good friend whom he eats, shops, travels and quarrels alot, he feels that it is only a matter of time when he is alone again. No one wants webmice. No one.

If you think webmice is worth the trouble, you can always view his profiles on Friendster and Facebook.
